Feature 440 – Streamline entry of property, seized drugs, and stolen vehicles.

We have added a new option in the system called unify incident property entry. Currently property, seized drugs, and stolen vehicles are displayed and managed in separate grids on the incident report.  We have added an option to unify these under one single grid called "Property".  This option can be enabled or disabled in the system without affecting any entered data.

When an officer enters a new piece of property using the new unified option they will initially decide whether they're entering regular property, a seized drug, or a stolen vehicle.

After selecting an option the existing forms and edit screens will be used to handle the different categories of property.

The unify incident property entry option uses the same forms and edit screens, it just combines the entry and display of different property types into one section. The new combined property grid displays detailed information in the summary column of property seen below.
